Starting fees for operations reviews, peak-hour observation, and multi-outlet scoreboard sessions in Malaysia.
Pricing follows the service model: fixed project fees for full operations reviews, per-session fees for peak-hour observation, and workshop fees for scoreboard sessions. Figures below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit for Klang Valley work. Travel beyond the valley, evening-only scheduling, or more than two partner apps can raise the fee.

A 30% booking deposit confirms the floor date. The balance is due on delivery of the written brief or workshop sheet.
What moves a quote
- Outlets outside the Klang Valley (travel days and lodging)
- Reviews that must run only between 10pm and 2am
- Groups wanting parallel observation at two sites on the same night
- Extra debrief sessions for franchisee owners after the lead briefing
We do not sell monthly software seats. If you need a follow-up quarter later, we quote that as a separate visit or scoreboard refresh.
