Deliverable
A single scoreboard template populated with the prior two weeks of partner data, plus facilitator notes from the workshop. Managers leave knowing which three columns they will review every Monday.
Limits
We do not build permanent live dashboards or connect APIs. The sheet is yours to maintain; we can schedule a follow-up quarter later if definitions drift.
