What is excluded

We do not renegotiate partner-platform commercial terms, rewrite your recipes, or install monitoring software. Hardware purchases and photography reshoots remain your cost unless agreed separately.

Provider and process

Reviews are delivered by Service Lighthouse consultants based in Petaling Jaya. After the kick-off, we schedule the floor visit within five business days where calendars allow. Remote-only reviews are available when travel is impractical; the brief then relies more heavily on exports and manager interviews.

Preparation

Please nominate one person with dashboard access, share the last 14 days of order exports if available, and tell the floor team a guest will be observing — not mystery shopping. Clear a small standing space near the packing station.
